Driving Directions:
If traveling westbound on I-74: Take the US-24/IL-29/Adams St exit, EXIT 93, toward Greater Peoria Regional Airport/Jefferson Ave/Downtown Peoria. Turn right onto NE Adams St/IL-29 N. Take 1st right onto Eaton St. Stay straight to go onto NE Washington St. which turns into SW Washington St. Museum will be on the left. If you?ve past Liberty St., you?ve gone too far.
If traveling eastbound on I-74: Take the Washington St exit, EXIT 93 toward Greater Peoria Regional Airport/Jefferson Ave/Downtown Peoria/IL-29. Turn right onto NE Washington St which turns into SW Washington St. The museum will be on your left. If you pass Liberty St, you?ve gone too far.

The Peoria Riverfront Museum is a one-of-a-kind collaboration where visitors can explore and learn about the world-- from Peoria to far-off galaxies. The museum focuses on interdisciplinary learning-- a fusion of art, history, science and achievement designed to develop knowledge, critical thinking skills and a lifelong passion for learning. Our programs and exhibits are an extension of the classroom-- engaging the community, empowering teachers, exciting and educating students and attracting visitors from near and far.
