About Us

After 4 years in commercial carpentry and building houses, Steve started S.F. Pauli Builders with one employee in 1977. The business incorporated in 1978 and continued to grow as a general contractor in Peoria. A large portion of our work was on historic homes in the Moss/Bradley area. In 2015 with an eye toward retirement, Steve began partnering with Jeremy Lowrance, owner of Rustic Oaks Lawn and Grounds. Now with an expanded staff and a new location in East Peoria, we continue to provide carpentry service and general contracting to homeowners and businesses, specializing in home remodeling, commercial remodeling, and room additions. We hold ourselves to a high standard of business conduct and ethical business practices.
