"Excellence in Customer Service-Tools for Moving Clients from Indifferent to Elated"
Conventional advice on customer service often stops at comments like "the customer is always right" and "exceed their expectations." Unfortunately that advice rarely turns into a truly exceptional client approach. This seminar will walk participants through warning signs of a fragile customer service approach, where the "happy client" experience really begins and how client frustration can be turned into a great relationship opportunity.
