0n Sunday, July 22, 2018, the Peoria German-American Society will be hosting a Corn Boil at Hickory Grove Park - Free Admission and Parking. This is a family friendly event.
Hickory Grove Park, 12503 Hickory Grove Rd., Dunlap is just north of Peoria. Take Route 40 North to Hickory Grove Rd. Turn east and look for additional signs.
The Corn Boil runs from Noon – 7 pm. A $8.00 per person donation includes a pork chop sandwich, all you can eat sweet corn, baked beans, and cole slaw.
German and domestic beer are available, along with soft drinks, and a cash bar.
PCDjays will be providing music. Other activities will include: soccer, bag toss, archery, and bocci ball. A playground is available for the kids.
