Description
Attorneys of Davis & Campbell will be presenting for our November Member Seminar. During this presentation we will:
1. Extract important information on applying for a cannabis business license
2. Concentrate on the illegality of cannabis under federal law and potential implications for cannabis businesses
3. Hash out the consequences for recreational cannabis businesses due to prior establishment of medical cannabis businesses
4. Field questions concerning any haziness surrounding the legislation on the establishment of cannabis businesses
