Dealing with Difficult People. When something happens in the workplace that “bugs” us, we often react towards an individual and may even label them as “Difficult”. The reality is we are reacting to behaviors and not the people themselves. Learn about the 10 most common non-productive behaviors in the workplace and what to do to about them.
Rob Burn, SPHR, HR Practice Leader, AAIM Employers Association.
