Description
For the Second year........ Risin' Up To The Challenge has teamed up with Shazam Racing and RiverPlex for the Pump & Run 5k. You can participate in 1 of 3 ways: 1. Pump & Run Individual 2. Pump & Run Team 3. Run ONLY NO Pump Pump = max reps on bench press based on sex, age and weight. Each rep done subtracts 30 seconds off the 5K Race time. If you participate as a team 1 person pumps and the other runs 5k. If you participate in just the 5k with NO Pump, No time will be subtracted.
