Description
Proctor Recreation Center's annual Streets Belong to Me! Youth Event is a great way to kick-off summer vacation! This program is used to promote youth participation in positive activities throughout the summer.
In exchange for a day of fun, we are asking that children pledge the following:
- Get involved in positive activities
- Not to participate in violent activities
- Not to participate in illegal activities
- Promote the message of staying safe
